I do not like the fourth sentence. I think it should say a different word then die. When it say's spin who is spinning or what is spinning. Why does it say live again as a butterfly, they do not live again. I do not like this poem.

I do not like the poem about the catipillar. I do not understand the part when it says spin and die. The poem reminds of PBL 7. Another part I do not understand is no toad to spy.

Travis, you are right about brown and furry. They help us picture the caterpillar. Good connection to yourself.

We learned about caterpillars and their life cycles last PBL when we learned the complete and incomplete metamorphosis. A word that helped me was brown and furry, caterpillar, and butterfly. I pictured a brown, furry caterpillar. I liked this poem because I could really picture what was going on because it gave descriptions of the caterpillar. I liked this poem.

This poem is the life cycle of a caterpillar. I can tell that the author is trying to tell us about caterpillar. The words that help me see a picture in is brown and fluffy and spin and die. This poem reminded me of the life cycle or life cycles of bugs, animals, and more. Caterpillars have 3 or more life stages.

I liked it because it was funny and it had the life cycle at the end. It also had the thing it eats in the pic. It reminds me about the last Pbl when we where learning about the caterpillar. Also the caterpillar dose not die. It reminds me about the life cycle of the caterpillar. The caterpillar is the birds prey so the birds will eat the worms.

I like this poem it reminds me of the time I adopted a caterpillar and watched it turn into a butterfly. When I adopted it I could see it change in its life cycle.

I liked it because it was a poetry that had a life cycle in it. But I did not like line number 9. Because it said the caterpillar died but it does not. The point is that is was a grate poem. I loved it.
